Pittsburgh Penguins forward Sidney Crosby went into the boards head first in game six against the Washington Capitals. He labored getting back to the bench, yet, wasn’t taken out of the game. In fact he was back out on the ice a little while later. Further proving that the National Hockey League doesn’t care about their players safety enough. Washington Capitals forward Alex Ovechkin and Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price could easily be two of the best players at their respective positions to never win the National Hockey League’s biggest prize; the Stanley Cup.
