The 4th Line Fantasy Hockey Podcast #3 – November 3, 2018 Fantasy Outlook

Carl and Ben return after a hiatus for the 3rd installment of the 4th Line Fantasy Hockey show.

With the NHL season well on its ways, there is a lot going on across the NHL that carry importance within both the fantasy hockey world as well as the NHL itself. Carl and Ben tackle Saturday evening’s 11-game daily fantasy slate and touch on which value picks should be targeted, respective roster locks, as well as an explanation of frequently used terminology within the DFS fantasy world and tips for roster construction.

Carl and Ben also target season-long fantasy risers and fallers and provide insight on potential buy-low/sell-high candidates based off the trends observed in the young NHL season which can be used to bolster a fantasy team going forward.

Daily fantasy contests close at 7 PM EST across all websites/platforms. If you have any questions regarding DFS or season-long fantasy feel free to forward any questions to Carl (@4thLinePodcast) or Ben (@WCS_BFerg) and they’ll provide their respective insight and advice going forward.

The 4th Line Podcast is a weekly hockey podcast hosted by Carl Landra and Joel Schnell. Every week they share their unique and fun take on what is happening in the world of hockey. While they don’t take themselves too seriously, they have a typical no 4th line attitude: what they lack in finesse, they make for in being willing to go to the corners and work hard to get the job done.

Who are Carl and Ben? Carl comes from Calgary, AB. His facial hair of choice is a mustache. His team of choice is the Colorado Avalanche and his smoked meat of choice is brisket. Ben is born and raised in Sherwood Park, AB. His facial hair of choice is a stand alone moustache. His team of choice consists of a time share made up of the Edmonton Oilers and the Florida Panthers and his smoked meat of choice is smoked salmon.
